How do I update my address? 

To update your main address click here.

Please note, if you have items in your shopping cart, you will need to empty or modify your shopping cart for your address details to update.

If this is your first order, the address you provide will be used for both shipping and billing. If you require a different billing address, please email us and we will add it to our accounts system, Xero

How will I be invoiced?  

After you submit your order, we will check stock levels and calculate shipping. You will then be invoiced via our accounting software, Xero. 

Where are your products made?

Greetings cards, notebooks and wrap: UK. 

Art trays: Sweden. 

Hanging decorations: Nepal. 

Jigsaws: China. 

 

How are your greetings cards packaged?

Our greetings cards are all packed into bio bags made from a bio-based resin sourced from corn or other plants such as sugar beet and potatoes. 

 

Do you have product photography I can use?

Yes, you are welcome to use our product shots. You can download them from our Dropbox.

 

Do your products have barcodes?

Yes.

I have a received a faulty or incorrect product

In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please email wholesale@wrapmagazine.com and we will arrange a replacement or credit note.
