Payment and Shipping


Once your order has been submitted, our team will be in touch within 2-working days with further information and an expected dispatch date.

We try our best to keep stock levels accurate, but if something you have ordered is out of stock, we will contact you as soon as possible.

If this is your first order, the address you provide will be used for both shipping and billing. If you require a different billing address, please email us and we will add it to our accounts system, Xero.

Please note, if you have items in your shopping cart, you will need to empty or modify your shopping cart for your address details to update.


We use a range of different couriers to find you the best possible price. 

Shipping fees are calculated by the weight and size of your order before payment and dispatch. 

We aim to charge $30 shipping for stationery-only orders (cards, wrap & notebooks).

Orders with all other product types will ship for $40+


Orders are packed and shipped by our external fulfillment warehouse in Oxfordshire, England. If all your items are in stock, your order should be shipped within 2-4 business days (subject to receipt of payment), but during busy periods, particularly Christmas, this could be significantly longer. 

You will receive tracking information by email.



All orders are to be paid before delivery unless otherwise agreed.
